Terms of Use
Flipped Out Pinball is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Those terms govern your use of the app.
Table purchases
Each paid table is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It stays unlocked on every device signed in to the Apple account that bought it, and can be restored from the app's menu.
All Access subscription
- All Access unlocks every table in the app while the subscription is active. The price and period are shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account's subscription settings, or from the app's menu (Manage Subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the tables stay unlocked until the current period ends.
- Tables you bought separately stay unlocked whether or not you subscribe.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
