Flipped Out
The free table, and the place to learn the game. It has no story and no characters: its subject is pinball itself, in midnight blue, electric blue and chrome. In the middle sits the Big Flip, a flipper-sized gate across the mouth of the hole that swings open whenever the hole has something to give you.
The shots
- Orbit up the left side, round the top and back down to the right flipper, with a spinner on the way in.
- Left ramp, a blue tinted channel up into the pop bumpers.
- Right ramp, a wire ramp with a hairpin. When the hole is lit, a diverter on the way up drops the ball straight into it.
- F-L-I-P drop targets down the left side, O-U-T lanes at the top and three pop bumpers under them.
- The hole in the middle, behind the Big Flip.
Features
- Flip Frenzy: lock two balls in the hole for a three-ball multiball. Jackpots on the orbit and both ramps; collect all three and the hole is worth a super jackpot.
- Ramp Rush: ramp shots light it at the hole, then make the ramps it asks for before the clock runs out.
- Spin Out: spinner spins light it, then make orbits against the clock while the spinner is worth more.
- Ramp ladder: every ramp and orbit in a ball counts up and pays more than the last. Every fifth raises the bonus multiplier, and the tenth in a game is an extra ball.
- Combos: the orbit and the right ramp come back to the right flipper. Make the next shot within a few seconds for a combo, worth up to four times its value.
Flipped Out
Finish Flip Frenzy, Ramp Rush and Spin Out to start the wizard mode: four balls, and every major shot worth 1,000,000.
Skill shot
A soft plunge into the lit O-U-T lane, or a full plunge into the lit F-L-I-P letter.
